Module 1
MSP Module 1 is the service level indicator pack offering the basic hotline telephone service, available in three options as choosing the correct level of support for your network is essential.
Option 1. 8 Hour response from initial fault call
Option 2. 4 Hour response from initial fault call
Option 3. 2 Hour response from initial fault call
This service also offers a variety of guaranteed response times for optional Network Operating System, operation critical systems and applications.
Module 2
Remote Access Support (RAS). This service allows remote management of server and desktop systems. This includes routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks through to full monitoring, SMTP trapping and reporting and is designed to support option 1 as part of the fault escalation process. This service is available across Broadband, Fibre links, PSTN or ISDN transport modes and will require the appropriate hardware and security implementation.
Module 3
Emergency attendance – Reactive
This Service is designed to compliments the previous two modules. If a logged fault cannot be rectified via telephone or RAS services because of hardware failure, Module 3 will facilitate an on-site attendance. Our fully trained Network engineers will attend customer site and effect the repair. These attendance days may be purchased in single form or as a ‘pack’ with scaled rates for quantity booking.
Facility management days – Proactive
This Service is designed to free up in-house technical resources by providing sound housekeeping services, preventative maintenance and other IT services on a proactive basis. If your company’s IT technical or managerial resources are limited or there are obvious skill shortages, Green IT Solutions will supply those resources in the form of facilities management days. We ask our clients to prepare a list of actions required prior to our consultants’ arrival so that any ‘homework’ or preparation may be done before attending site. These attendance days may be purchased in single form or as a ‘pack’ with scaled rates for quantity booking.
Module 4
Full facilities management.
This Service is designed to complement an existing IT department or replace it.
Permanent on-site technical and managerial resources. This service is designed to complement existing in-house technical resources for busy departments or to replace entire departments in order to reduce costs or to inject the correct skill levels.
Our consultants and managers are qualified to run entire departments within the clients’ budgetary and political constraints.
Managerial roles often include budgetary and forecasting as well as strategic, procedural and technical deployment disciplines. All our Consultants have held similar positions within the corporate arena with success and CV’s are provided for the client to evaluate.
